One of the best places to visit, stunning places to eat, lots of little shops to purchase real Notties stuff, and the people there are so friendly, they love their visitors, will do anything to recommend a place to visit, or a place to eat, also they have so much to do, walking trails, cycling, canoeing, bird watching.

The rooms were really beautiful and spacious, and equipped with everything we could have wanted. The furniture all over the hotel is beautiful.
The gardens were breathtaking and really created such a relaxed atmosphere.
The brewery is definitely worth a visit to, for the beer and the gin. Both were really amazing!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them.

6 days is about enough time to do one route of the Midlands Meander thoroughly. I think 8 days was a bit too long this time, but it was extremely relaxing and we managed to have fun for every day that we were there.

A really superb house with quality furnishings and fittings. It is particularly comfortable and conveniently located. Shadrack looks after all the facilities superbly and is really helpful, an asset indeed. He maintains the gardens like a professional and with love and care. Was also a pleasure dealing with Mbali for all arrangements, very helpful and efficient.
Without a doubt we will visit 5 Clifton Road again when in the Nottingham Road area. Was a pleasure, thank you.
Little Prestwick is really such a beautiful spot, with an incredible view. The hosts have thought of all the details, big and small, to make your stay super comfortable and relaxing. Jess was very accommodating and helpful with check in and check out and we'd highly recommend this spot for a country getaway. It is also nice and central in Nottingham road, so you can grab a breakfast, lunch or dinner nearby, making it very convenient.
The location was amazing - right in the middle of Nottingham Road & sufficiently close to all the main attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable, with lovely small touches like chocolates on the pillows. The property itself is beautiful, with nice walks possible around the golf course. The included a la carte breakfasts were delicious, with great coffee. The staff at the restaurant were really helpful and friendly.
It's a place where you can really enjoy the beauty of the area. It is like a beautiful boutique hotel where although luxurious, the host makes you feel relaxed and at home. We loved it so much that we decided to come again. The second stay was consistent with the first including a delicious breakfast. Close to great restaurants.
What a beautiful gem Lavender Trout is! We were a big group and were very comfortably accommodated! The scenery is gorgeous! Great facilities, clean and comfy! And super helpful staff! The added bonus of friendly Jack Russel company was the cherry on top :)

Beautiful location, comfortable room and friendly staff. We had 24/7 access to a communal coffee machine and the coffee was great. The guesthouse has a generator, which meant we could run essential appliances during load shedding.
The biggest thing we liked about the property was the location. You get a stunning view of the lake. The staff were also really kind from the moment we stepped in. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Very comfortable and great attention to detail in the room! Great Midlands accommodation close to Nottingham Road. We had a very good stay.
Beautiful location and for the Fly Fisherman, a great dam with trout in it.
Cleanliness of the room, warm freshly prepared breakfast. Carrot cake- best ever, Comfortable bed. The privacy, seeing security vehicle at the entrance road made us feel safe as we arrived very late from the wedding
It is self catering. We received milk and eggs. We had lovely dinner down the road. The road is particularly bad though with potholes to town. It is further out from Nottingham road.
good accommodation situated away from it all on a beautiful working farm about 20 min drive inland from Nottingham Road central. good flyfishing. no cell phone signal but has WiFi.
Very peaceful & tranquil - conveniently situated (not far from Nottingham Road). The cottage was very spacious & comfortable. Many lovely extra touches to make you feel welcome.
