Well what I can say this hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in numerous hotels around the world over the years. We were welcomed to this hotel as if we were family not hotel guests. A beautiful touch was the hot chocolates waiting for us when we arrived such a beautiful touch! The hotel manager John is outstanding at his job and couldn’t do enough to make our stay any better! John brought us on a game drive in the morning and it was incredible to see the giraffes and Zebras roaming around the hotel grounds. My husband and I then went to have massages in the spa which were absolutely incredible and such a relaxing experience. The food at the hotel was world class absolutely outstanding. Each and every member of staff are friendly and so accommodating. Honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough it’s absolutely incredible. It’s just the most beautiful hotel in the most incredible environment. The rooms are absolutely incredible with a view of the most beautiful sunset! Please book this hotel you will not be disappointed will definitely return if we come back to South Africa. Thank you so much John and to your incredible team outstanding service.

I wouldn't book accomodation out of Jeffrey's again because of road conditions

It really was a very enjoyable place for a holiday.
It really was a very enjoyable place for a holiday.
We went to Saint Francis and Cape Saint Francis. It was a great experience. Though for the average holiday maker with average income, prices at restaurants are extremely and even unaffordable high.

Jeffreys has the benefit of the moderate eastern cape...
Jeffreys has the benefit of the moderate eastern cape weather. December the sea water has a nice temperature to swim in. The water is clean with that unbelievable great sea turquoise color. The beaches are clean with soft sand, few places broken shell pieces and great place for shell hunting. Long beaches for endless walking, or getting a private spot away from more busy areas. World known for surfers because of the waves at some spots, but also great to watch the waves, and the surfers. Lots of activities on the main beach area for kids, hang out places for young adults, lined up with restaurants, shops, free parking and clean public ablation facilities.

Great location and on the beach, immaculate view.
Great location and on the beach, immaculate view. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to main beach. Pizza ordered at Island Vibe (bar) was very nice, service good and quick.
Maybe add towels in rooms.
Awesome accomodation with stunning views from the upper room and the terrace. The host was super helpful when we had issues to find it (due to our own mistakes). Very nice interior in the living room and upper rooms. The location is great, the beach is just in front of the house. We did a long walk along this beautiful beach. And there are some nice restaurants and bars in Jeffreys Bay.
Loved the location, right on the beach and was a very short walk to a shopping plaza with a grocery store, drugstore, laundry service, and restaurant! Common areas were beautiful and had a view of the ocean. Studio had a good little kitchen that worked well for cooking a few simple meals. Safe available in the room for valuables!
Enjoyed our second stay at this hotel very much. This hotel is reasonably priced and rooms beautiful. Breakfast is standard and adequate. If one prefers anything other than a standard English Breakfast, there are other menu options which one can order as an alternative at a reasonable price.
Location was superb. Owners were very friendly. The marina was a bonus with access to swim and a stunning view. The beach was a walk away. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Jeffreys Bay. Essential lighting and appliances being on during loadshedding was a huge plus.
We had the ensuite room in the beach house, which was comfortable for a night's stay for a couple, toddler, and grandma. It was perfect for having an inexpensive "sea view" night, though the veranda is communal. The shower is powerful!
We stayed in the beach house and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The facilities were fantastic and the location was perfectly positioned for us to explore and see most of the attractions. We will definitely go back again!
Amazing location and view on the beach and surfers.
The hotel is in a very pretty, nicely decorated house and the bed was super comfortable.
We came in low season and the staff upgraded us to a better room for free.
The room was much bigger than I expected and the views from our bedroom was just WOW - absolutely breathtaking.. Excellent services, stunning location, loved every bit of my stay at the beach house!!
Very nice hotel, rooms with a great view, beautiful surroundings, we did a nice walk on the property and met Jerry, the giraffe. The dinner was again excellent.
I can recommend this to everyone.
It was a wonderful experience to have an opportunity to stay at this boutique hotel.
My wife kept on asking me to extend our stay and she must have had very good reasons to say so..
A sea view from the top floor, communal lounge balcony. Communal kitchen had the necessary for self catering. Rooms were clean and staff generally friendly.
