This Marriott FALSEY states it is pet friendly!
This Marriott FALSEY states it is pet friendly! It is the most pet unfriendly place I have ever stayed! The unreasonable $150 pet fee is hidden in the super fine print. Don’t spend your money with those who see deceit

Bed was comfy that was about the only positive.
Bed was comfy that was about the only positive. Hotel was grungy and outdated. Lobby floor was super sticky which is disgusting. No toilet paper holder just had it sitting on the bathroom counter. I didn't even bother to use the shower it just looked gross and had 2 hairs on it. If I could have canceled and gotten my money back when I got there, I would have and I would have left

All is well, but I feel it is very much aimed for business.
All is well, but I feel it is very much aimed for business. It is convenient to all of the Washington DC area although traffic is not easy to get through at times. Arlington National burial grounds are a worth while trip to visit with great views of the DC area.

We went to Falls Church for a wedding and were delighted.
We went to Falls Church for a wedding and were delighted. So close to D.C. and the restaurants were great. Spent our days visiting D.C. and all of the beautiful monuments. While in Falls Church we walked a lot. Beautiful area. We did get out to Alexandria to visit and had dinner at a great place called, "Whiskey and Oyster" a must have! Lobster Rolls and Lobster bisque and the service was outstanding!
Checked in and saw workers with the door open in their room. Knew there may be a problem later that night. So I go out and get back to the room at 11:00 pm and attempt to go to sleep. It became impossible as the car alarms were ringing left and right. The people staying next to me were very loud and it was 3:15 am. I checked out and drove back east. I wasted $107.00 on this poor hotel in a marginal area of Falls Church. I should have know better and kept driving instead if honoring my commitment!
THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKFAST. (a coffee urn was in lobby). This is why I give a high rating to the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The Front Desk staff are EXCEPTIONALLY NICE. BUT.....the literature promised a grab & go breakfast. NOTHING!! A hotel like Hilton could afford to provide muffins, bagels, ....... SOMETHING......but gave nothing. Also, no bar service, no bellboys, no room service (unless by special request). I was Disappointed.
Yes, the hotel could use renovation because it's clearly quite old, but it was clean and basic facilities were there. There was just nothing really bad about it (I mention a few negative things though). Nice addition was - surprisingly nice - free coffee in the morning. Location likely requires a car - it's a few mins by car to nearest subway station. Overall it was good value compared to prices in other hotels around DC, would likely stay there again.
The room was clean, comfortable enough, and had everything we needed. We were very pleasantly surprised that housekeeping was provided during our 2-night stay. The breakfast was standard - waffles, hot dish, packaged pastries, etc. Everything about the hotel was satisfactory and we would stay here again. It is a fairly easy drive from there to DC.
The location is only two blocks from downtown Falls Church and three blocks from the local American Legion 130. Neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Apartment has whatever you need for a short visit. Street parking was not a problem. Plenty of local food options within walking distance and exponentially more if you are willing to drive a bit.
A delightful stay at this boutique gem in Falls Church City! Mornings started with heavenly muffins and drip coffee, setting the perfect tone. The hotel's enchanting aroma and prime location made strolls into town a joy. Impeccable 10/10 customer service sealed the deal. Pure luxury in every sense! Highly recommend.
Hotel as such was ok and could have been better if guests are treated well and provided the facilities as per the hospitality standards. It was missing - politeness, humble, well treatment and great facilities. Everything was missing.
Great location for exploring DC, short drive to all the main attractions. The hotel was super close to a shopping area. Our room was spacious and clean. Certainly great value for money.
Hotel was OK although room needed refurbisment. Some mould was see on bath joint bath needed attentions including painting.
Other wise things were well maintained old fashioned
Absolutely beautiful hotel! Perfect distance outside of downtown DC and onsite (free) parking was wonderful. The free pastry and coffee in the morning was a great bonus!
New property; quiet, comfortable room; clean; great breakfast options; friendly front desk staff that said hi every time I came and went; fast check-in; no complaints!
Loved the staff here and the rooms worked really well for us.
Falls Church felt a very safe neighbourhood - we’d come back here if visiting Washington again
The room is basic and very clean, the beds were so comfortable! I was hesitant because of the price, but it was a good find for our trip to Washington DC.
